Експресія симпортера натрію/йоду (NIS) в післячорнобильських фолікулярних аденомах щитовидної залози

Abstract
The expression of NIS protein by immunohistochemistry with the use of a
specific monoclonal antibody in 24 post-Chernobyl thyroid follicular
adenomas surrounding by normal tissues is studied. It is shown that thyroid
follicular adenomas are characterized by heterogeneity as for the expression
and localization of NIS. The part of tumors (37.5%) shows the diffuse or
local increase of membrane's NIS expression. Nearly in a half of adenomas
(45.8%), the immunohistochemical reaction was absent. Localization
of NIS in cytoplasm was detected only in oxyphilic cells adenomas.
