Стабильность генома высокопродуктивных клеточных линий раувольфии змеиной при длительном выращивании in vitro

Abstract
Genetic analysis of the tissues from long-term cultured Rauwolfia serpentina
cell lines has been carried out through RAPD-analysis. RAPD-markers used
were found to allow differentiating the involved strains. The established
strains were shown to maintain the genetic stability for a long time upon
the growth under standard conditions. A change in culture conditions and the
medium composition, in particular, may induce genome alterations
in cells of the established strain.
