Математическая модель и метод расчета температурного состояния капсулы, движущейся в формующей среде

Abstract
On the basis of an approximate mathematical model, the calculation of time
variations of the temperature field of a composite droplet (external layer
and contents) is executed. A droplet moves in a molding liquid and, as a
result of the external layer jellification, transforms into a capsule. The
time period before the jellification process beginning is considered.
