Білковий склад мікросомної фракції печінки попередньо опромінених щурів з карциномою Герена

Abstract
We investigate the protein fractional content in a rat liver microsomal
fraction at different stages of Guerin's carcinoma growth and after the
influence of low-dose irradiation. The previous radiation does not influence
the electrophoretical distribution of high-molecular proteins in liver
microsomes of rats with Guerin's carcinoma, but determines the cytochrome
Р-450 distribution in the latent period of oncogenesis. On terminal stages
of Guerin's carcinoma growth in the irradiated organism, the full degradation of
cytochrome Р-450 with molecular weight 54 кDа is observed.
