Information-measuring system with time representation of information based on fiber-optical sensors
Expedience of fiber-optic IMS usage functioning on the basis of interval method of measurement is substantiated, realization of circular structure of IMS, using one communication line to which sensors, able to perceive code sampling signals for each separate sensor for fiber-optic IMS is considered. Constructive coordination of insulation fault and cumulative effect received from lightning impulse string
The paper considers and researches the voltage breakdown process of circuit-breaker epoxy bushing and presented the mathematical model of the process of their damage. It was discovered that electrical breakdown channels in circuit-breaker epoxy bushing are the outcome of both, the constructive coordination of insulation fault and cumulative effect that is received from stray wave lightning impulse string. - V. Power losses sensitivity to electrical power systems transits changes
The paper presents the method of an estimation of electrical power system (EPS) mode parameters sensitivity to changes in the nodes load. Possibility of sensitivity to changes in the nodes load of other systems estimation allows to estimate sensitivity of losses in transit overflows in separate EPS elements. There has been analysed and analytically researched the model of a residual resource during two-stage deformation. There had been determined the mathematically admissible changes of parameters α12 , n, I12 models which are included in its criterion correlation and with which it acquires only valid values.

Structural synthesis of pulse-frequency fuzzy-logic elements
In this article a method of fuzzy-logic elements structural synthesis has been proposed. The elements are made of basis circuits, which perform operations of addition, subtraction, partition, and division by two. Block diagrams of elements have been synthesized. Structural organization of videoinformative systems with typesetting screen on light-emitting diodes
Modern world achievements in the area of video-information output devices are analyzed, as optic-electronically geo-information power system component, particularly large image colour video screens. The drawbacks of two-co-ordinate addressing systems which provide minimum control channels indicators are considered. Pressure sensors on the basis of strain-sensing semi-conductor elements
Semi-conductor strain-sensing elements are analysed: strain gauges, strain-sensing diodes, strain-sensing transistors underlying pressure sensors, and also semi-conductor pressure sensors with frequency output on the basis of the given elements. Influence of pressure on the given semiconductor structure is shown.
