The article is devoted determination of directions of development of technologies of creation of object-oriented program system (PS) on the basis of analysis of basic conceptions OOD (object-oriented design). The questions of development of OOD are considered on a few stages of planning of PS: there is a increase of level of abstraction at conceptual level (UML, templates); there is an underlying structure of base logical elements of PS at the level of design, rises them intellectuality (OCL, templates, base of knowledges); there is a enhancement of functionality of environments for development and maintenance of PS (Java, .NET, SOА) at the level of realization and implementation.

It is developed it is computer - integrated the system of machine sight deciding{solving} tasks of reception of the image of a surface of slabs after hydraulic scaling on hot rolling mills with the help light-sensitive of matrixes of the WEB-chamber on the basis of CMOS-technology and processing of the image with the purpose of recognition of a surface of a slab with use of opportunities of the mathematical device of processing graphic data, incorporated in software product MATLAB 6-7 and a package of applied programs Image Processing Toolbox. The method of a quantitative estimation on zones stayed on a surface of a slab of scale for rational distribution of streams of water on width of hire on installation of repeated scaling on an input in the first rolling stand is offered.

The analytical and numerical analysis of spatial moving and the beam’s pressure cross-sections under external loadings action is executed on the basis of developed mathematical model for naturally twirled console beam. As a result of the executed analysis the new design of a spatial symmetric beam providing absence of lateral displacement of a point of the loading’s applying is offered.

Equivalent stress distribution in rectangular and circular cross sections under simple bending was investigated. It was ascertained, that in either case equivalent stress does not limit girder’s strength, and if the requirements of strength under direct and tangential stresses are executed properly than the requirement of strength of equivalent stress is provided automatically and corresponding control is excessive.

Analysis of metal-roll cooling process on bypass and shelves- refrigerator, which constitute plate mill 3000 Alchevsk metallurgical industrial enterprise was held. The computer program was developed and rolling patterns which cause overheating of metalware bypass and shelves-refrigerator were defined. Actions for removal of these overheating were proved.

The technique of crystallization time of liquid melt steel in horizontal belt crystallizer of continuous pouring steel plants was developed. In the context of developed design procedure the computer program was written. The result of liquid crystallization process of 14ГС steel with different thermomechanical regime were estimated.

Mathematical model of sheet leveling processes, based on finite element analysis method is developed. Specialty of this mathematical model is the ability of correct account of geometrical parameters of the center of the strain, conditions of contact friction, and mechanical features of material while plate leveling. The analysis of the results of mathematical modeling and recommendations for further use is described.

For various materials of plugs-condensation values of optimum external pressure at which there is an overlapping an initial backlash are evaluated. Also results of the decision of a problem in packages of finite-element analysis LS-DYNA and ABAQUS are represented.
